Obtain a personalized plan for your fitness goals for one sport (strength, running, cycling, or swimming). If you want, this may include an A race plan, or we can simply work towards your own goal. Here you will get your training delivered to you through Training Peaks, and we’ll be in touch weekly to check in and answer any questions you have.

Simple Training Plan for One Event
$400

Obtain a personalized plan for your fitness goals for one race (running, cycling, triathlon, or swimming). If you want, this may include a strength plan. Here you will get your training delivered to you through Training Peaks, and we’ll have a call at the beginning to get you started on the right foot.

Everything Included Plan
$500/mo

Obtain a personalized plan for your fitness goals. Let us coach you in your area of focus (running, cycling, or triathlon). This plan included strength training, as well as monthly nutrition training. Your training will be delivered to you through Training Peaks, and we’ll be in touch weekly to check in and answer any questions you have.
